Structure:

Control System: The control system, often developed by the manufacturer, is responsible for uniformly controlling the FFU to regulate air speed, pressure difference, and temperature and humidity (if an air conditioning system is配套). This helps maintain a stable and controlled cleanroom environment.

Doors and Windows: Cleanroom doors and windows are designed to seal tightly to prevent the ingress of contaminants. They may also have specific features such as smooth surfaces and easy operation.

Utilities and Services: Provisions for electrical wiring, lighting, and other necessary utilities are integrated into the structure. Additionally, there may be options for installing monitoring systems to keep track of environmental parameters.

The modular design of these cleanrooms offers several advantages. They can be easily assembled, disassembled, and relocated, providing flexibility in facility layout changes. Compared to traditional cleanroom construction, they can be produced and set up in a shorter time and at a lower cost.
